Nexon announced on the 7th that kt Rolster's 'UTA' Lee Ji-hwan won the '2026 FC Online Super Champions League Summer' (hereafter '2026 FSL Summer'), the top domestic regular league for its online soccer game 'EA SPORTS FC™ Online' (hereafter 'FC Online').
The finals were held as a best-of-seven series at the DN Colosseum in Jamsil, Seoul on the 6th. kt Rolster's 'UTA' Lee Ji-hwan secured a 4-2 set victory against BNK FEARX's 'Light' Kim Seon-jae, capturing his first career individual title. Peak concurrent viewership across official broadcast channels surpassed 160,000.
Lee Ji-hwan dropped to the losers' bracket after losing to Kim Seon-jae in the Winners' Finals of the Final Stage on August 30, but advanced to the finals once again by defeating T1's 'Navy' Kim Yu-min in the finals qualifier match.
In the finals, he displayed a variety of attacking tactics, including long-range shots, crosses, and skill moves. After dropping the first set, he turned the momentum around by scoring 3 or more goals in three consecutive sets, and in set 6, he came back after conceding first to seal the championship.
The champion, Lee Ji-hwan, was awarded an individual prize of 50 million won, while his team kt Rolster received 240 million won. Runner-up Kim Seon-jae was awarded an individual prize of 25 million won, with his team BNK FEARX receiving 140 million won.

The team competition '2026 FTB (2026 FSL TEAM BATTLE) Summer' will be held on the 7th at 5:00 PM. In this tournament, teams will compete for the remaining qualifying spots for the global tournament 'FC Pro Champions Cup 2026', which begins on October 13. Depending on the tournament results, up to four Korean teams can participate. T1 and GEN CITY have already secured their spots after placing first and reaching the semifinals, respectively, at 'FC Pro Masters' last May.
