On September 3, Nexon released an update for the mobile idle RPG 'MapleStory: Idle RPG', co-developed with Able Games, introducing the new boss raid 'Pink Bean'.

The 'Pink Bean' raid consists of three difficulty settings—Easy, Normal, and Hard—and can be tackled by parties of up to four players. Upon defeating the boss, players can obtain the new pocket equipment 'Pink Cup'. Clearing the raid on Hard difficulty also offers a chance to acquire the eye accessories 'Black Bean Mark' or 'Chaos Pink Bean Mark'.

To celebrate the update, Nexon is hosting various events until October 14, including 'Pink Bean Daily Mission', 'Pink Bean Relay Stamp!', and 'Pink Bean Exchange'.

In 'Pink Bean Daily Mission', players earn cumulative rewards and event points called 'Pink Bean Diary' by completing missions. Players can obtain growth resources such as weapon and companion summon tickets, as well as the hat costume 'Pink Bean Simple Cap' and the EXP booster 'Pink Bean Booster'.

'Pink Bean Relay Stamp!' allows players to use collected 'Pink Bean Diary' points to place stamps and earn rewards for each round. Claiming all special rewards in a round unlocks the next round, offering costumes and growth resources. 'Pink Bean Coins' obtained from the event can be exchanged for growth materials and the 'Pink Bean House Chair' at the 'Pink Bean Exchange'.

System improvements have also been implemented. Star Force Enhancement stages have been expanded from 25 to 30, with a final damage boost applied upon reaching specified star levels. Enhancement points accumulate per equipment slot and enhancement level; reaching maximum points guarantees success on the next enhancement attempt.

A guaranteed summon system has been added for weapons, companions, and relics. Reaching a set number of summons guarantees the highest rarity grade on the following summon. Further details regarding the update can be found on the official 'MapleStory: Idle RPG' community.
