On September 3, Gravity officially launched its new racing game, 'Hashire HEBEREKE: EX', globally on Steam and Nintendo Switch.

'Hashire HEBEREKE: EX' is a modern remake of SUNSOFT's 'Hashire HEBEREKE'. Players can choose one of several unique characters, including the protagonist Hebe, O-Chan, Jennifer, and Sukezaemon, to race on courses packed with items and obstacles. Players can also select courses and difficulty levels.

This title provides a total of six play modes by adding new modes to the Original Mode. These include "Story," where players complete 10 stages following each character's narrative; "Time Attack," a single-player mode competing against past records; and "Engacho," a tag game where the tagger chases other players.

Players can also enjoy "Battle Run," featuring split-screen battles for 2 to 4 players with up to four participants; "Popoon Battle," where players throw Popoons to hit opponents; and "Rhythm Game," where players aim for combos and Fever Mode by timing inputs to the beat. The scoreboard allows players to view individual high scores and rankings.

For the first time in the series, the game supports online multiplayer for up to eight players simultaneously. Local play supports up to four players. A total of nine languages are supported, including Korean, Japanese, English, and Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
