Hanwha Life Esports won Game 4, bringing the series back to square one.

First blood in Game 4 came in the mid lane. 'Kanavi' Seo Jin-hyeok's Xin Zhao ambushed 'Faker' Lee Sang-hyeok's Orianna, handing the kill to 'Zeka' Kim Geon-woo's Cassiopeia. T1 retaliated immediately. Moving up for a lane swap, T1's bottom duo collapsed on Xin Zhao as he was hitting the Void Grubs to pick up a kill. Thanks to this, T1 was able to secure all three Void Grubs.

The game's balance broke around Hanwha Life Esports' second dragon. Having set up position first, Hanwha Life Esports finished off the dragon and swept up four kills without losing a single champion in the subsequent teamfight. 'Zeus' Choi Woo-je delivered a great play on Gragas, completely shutting down the entry of 'Doran' Choi Hyeon-joon's Aatrox while charging forward himself.

Riding the momentum, Hanwha Life Esports rapidly widened the gap through back-to-back fight wins. They countered T1's top dive to add three more kills, and even won a teamfight where 'Gumayusi' Lee Min-hyeong's Varus was picked off first, thanks to the power of Cassiopeia. Though their top and jungle were caught out once, it had no impact on the overall momentum. Instead, they invaded deep into the enemy jungle to force a teamfight and score heavily.

Around the 20-minute mark, Hanwha Life Esports picked off the enemy jungler and secured the freshly spawned Baron. They also easily claimed the Ocean Soul. While Xin Zhao and Nautilus were caught while pressuring the bottom inhibitor turret, they destroyed the inhibitor on the strength of Cassiopeia. Extending their lead to over 10,000 gold, Hanwha Life Esports clearly demonstrated the gap in teamfights to claim victory in Game 4.
