Hanwha Life Esports was not about to collapse here. Led by the brilliant Akali play of 'Zeka' Kim Geon-woo, they successfully struck back in Game 3.

'Zeka' Kim Geon-woo's Akali kicked off Game 3 by scoring a solo kill against 'Faker' Lee Sang-hyeok's Yone. The balance in the mid lane collapsed, and the CS gap widened rapidly. Good news for Hanwha Life Esports kept coming from both top and bottom as well. They rotated their bot duo to the top lane to secure a clean double kill and traded kills 2 for 1 in a river skirmish. They also stacked two Dragons.

Having suffered heavy losses early on, T1 grouped up tightly. All five players collapsed top to get two kills, and after countering Hanwha Life Esports' play aimed at 'Doran' Choi Hyeon-joon's Kennen, they also shut down the well-fed Akali. Thanks to this, they were able to secure the Rift Herald as well. Although Hanwha Life Esports refreshed the atmosphere with another solo kill from Akali, T1 once again came out ahead in teamfights.

Around the 21-minute mark, the Cloud Soul was up for Hanwha Life Esports. Forced to stop them, T1 started the Dragon first, but 'Kanavi' Seo Jin-hyeok's Sejuani stole it to complete the soul. In the following fight, Akali and 'Zeus' Choi Woo-je's Camille survived until the end to score an Ace, allowing Hanwha Life Esports to pull well ahead with a massive haul.

Hanwha Life Esports took Baron as well to firmly regain the lead. T1, lurking in their own jungle, pounced on Sejuani to initiate a teamfight, but it backfired. While Sejuani, boasting immense tankiness, held out, 'Gumayusi' Lee Min-hyeong's Miss Fortune ultimate blanketed T1. Securing a massive victory in that fight, Hanwha Life Esports closed out the game right then and there.
