SOL: enchant (hereinafter referred to as SOL) released an update on Wednesday, September 2, introducing the Transmutation system, a new Rune page, and new off-hand equipment, Guarders. The Transmutation system, originally scheduled to arrive alongside the major update on Wednesday, August 26, was delayed for bug fixes and has now officially launched with this patch. In addition, various quality-of-life improvements have been made, including increased field boss drop rates. Here is a look at the changes brought by this update.
New Rune Page: 'Damage' Added
A new page has been added to the Rune system. The newly added page is the 'Damage' page, where players can equip the new Rune, Rune of Damage. Unlike existing Runes, the Rune of Damage can only be obtained through synthesis.
Runes of Damage are available in Uncommon, Rare, and Heroic grades, providing Damage and Critical Damage stats depending on their grade. The Uncommon Rune of Damage II grants Damage +1, the Rare Rune of Damage III grants Damage +2 and Critical Damage +1%, and the Heroic Rune of Damage IV grants Damage +4 and Critical Damage +1.5%.
Set effects have also been added. If all equipped Runes are Rare grade or higher, the Fragment of Corruption I effect applies, granting Critical Damage +1%. If all equipped Runes are Heroic grade or higher, players gain an additional Critical Damage +1.5% from the Fragment of Corruption II effect.

Transmutation System Officially Opens
The Transmutation system, which was delayed in the previous patch, has also launched. Transmutation is a new content feature that allows players to convert Rare equipment into other items. It can be performed by registering at least two un-bound Rare items and spending Nine.
Registered items are assigned points based on their grade and enhancement level. When transmuting, rewards are awarded at set probabilities corresponding to the resulting score bracket. Enhancements from +0 to +4 yield the same point value, while enhancements from +5 onward increase the point total based on the enhancement level. Items obtained through Transmutation are provided in tradable, un-bound form.
However, not all equipment can be used for Transmutation. Bound equipment, items of Common, Uncommon, Heroic, or Legendary grade, High God Seals, High God Bracelets, High God Chalices, and Weathered Rare Equipment obtained from Sky Island cannot be registered for Transmutation.
New items obtainable through Transmutation include Heroic Transmutation Stones and Rare Transmutation Stones. Heroic Transmutation Stones are used as Legendary equipment crafting materials and collection materials, while Rare Transmutation Stones are used for collections. Using 10 Heroic Transmutation Stones allows players to craft Legendary bound equipment such as Sword of Light, Adrina's Bow, and Natael's Staff.
Additionally, 12 new collection entries related to Transmutation Stones have been added. Heroic Transmutation Stone collections grant key stats such as Damage, Physical Defense, Damage Reduction, STR, DEX, INT, and Damage Increase, while Rare Transmutation Stone collections boost Accuracy, HP Recovery, Max HP, Damage, Damage Reduction, and more.

Off-Hand Equipment 'Guarder' Introduced for Ranger, Mage, and Healer
A new type of off-hand equipment, Guarders, has also been added. Guarders are off-hand gear that can be equipped by Rangers, Mages, and Healers, obtainable through crafting or monster drops.
The Legendary Gwynt Feather Guarder is a powerful piece of equipment providing Physical Defense 5, Damage Increase 1.5%, Stun Resistance 5, Accuracy 5, and Damage 5. Natael's Guarder, obtained via crafting, grants Physical Defense 4, Damage Increase 1.5%, Damage 3, and Magic Amplification 2, making it an especially appealing choice for Mages and Healers.
Heroic-grade options are also quite respectable. The Celestial Guarder provides Physical Defense 2, Damage Increase 1%, Accuracy 2, Damage 2, and Magic Defense 2, while Latifa's Guarder offers Physical Defense 2, Damage Increase 1%, Max HP 50, Damage 1, and Magic Amplification 1.
There are two Rare-grade Guarders craftable with blueprints and materials: the Guardian's Guarder, which boosts Damage +1, and the Protection Guarder, which boosts Accuracy +1. Rare Guarders gain additional Physical Defense when enhanced.

Field Boss Drop Rates Increased and Quality-of-Life Improvements
Various quality-of-life enhancements were also implemented. First, improvements for the Healer class were applied. Scroll, Elixir, and Divine Authority buffs that persist through death are no longer removed by the Healer skill Dispel. Additionally, when using character switching or offline play after summoning a Squad while not in a party, the Healer skill Heal now functions properly.
Additionally, an issue where Heal and Bless Heal could not be set to auto-cast simultaneously has been fixed, and an error where using Divine Ray applied debuffs to nearby players and caused the caster to enter a temporary Chaotic alignment has been resolved.
Field boss rewards were overhauled. The drop rates for reward items from a total of 7 field bosses—Mandragora, Thorny Turtle, Lich Mage, Baltaros, Ragna, Kalita, and Skoll—have been increased.
The Guild system has also expanded. The maximum number of registerable Allied Guilds increased from 20 to 30, and Hostile Guilds from 10 to 30. As world content gets fully underway, convenience features for managing power dynamics both inside and outside servers have been reinforced.
The maximum number of stored PvP records was increased from 30 to 100. Furthermore, the recovery period for death penalty EXP and items was extended from 2 days to 3 days, and schedule initiation was updated to teleport players to a random point within the zone rather than moving them all en masse to a specific location.
