Netmarble announced on August 31 that its content marketing subsidiary MNB signed industry-academia partnership MOUs with Chungkang College of Cultural Industries and Soonchunhyang University to cultivate practical content talent and collaborate on IP.

In connection with each university's regular curriculum, MNB will run practical content creation programs based on the global metaverse platform Roblox. The company plans to link its representative IP, "Kuya Restaurantz," with Roblox's IP licensing program, supporting students to directly plan and develop game maps and items using the IP.

At Chungkang College of Cultural Industries, MNB will tie regular classes and on-campus competitions together to provide students with hands-on experience planning and producing content using AI and the Roblox platform. With Soonchunhyang University, MNB plans to support content planning and creation within regular classes, discover outstanding content, and pursue follow-up collaborations.

"Starting with our collaboration with Chungkang College of Cultural Industries and Soonchunhyang University, we plan to step-by-step expand our industry-academia partnerships with various educational institutions in the future," said Min-ho Bae, CEO of MNB.
