Defying many expectations, KT Rolster shut out Dplus KIA 3-0 to advance to the winners' bracket, where Gen.G and Hanwha Life Esports await.

In game 3, Dplus KIA drew first blood by dispatching Heo 'ShowMaker' Su's Aurora to the bottom lane. KT Rolster answered back, leveling the score at 1-1 by turning around a dive attempt from Choi 'Lucid' Yong-hyeok's Naafiri. Shortly after, Jeong 'Jiwoo' Ji-woo's Ashe hit Aurora with an ultimate, allowing Gwak 'Bdd' Bo-seong's Ryze to pick up another kill.

Around the 14-minute mark, Dplus KIA took down Ashe first through an ambush play from Naafiri, winning the teamfight and securing their second dragon stack. They followed up by catching Mun 'Cuzz' Woo-chan's Cho'Gath, who misjudged his spacing, and claimed the Rift Herald as well. Another bright spot for Dplus KIA was Shin 'Smash' Geum-jae's Yunara picking up three kills. Shaking off these consecutive blows, KT Rolster made a decisive call, sneaking Baron Nashor and successfully securing it.

Empowered by the Baron buff, KT Rolster applied pressure to both mid and bottom lanes simultaneously. Although Dplus KIA managed to catch an isolated Gnar, KT Rolster answered by eliminating Aurora. Despite the global gold remaining practically even, KT Rolster leveraged their composition's strengths to firmly control the side lanes and dictate the pace of the game.

At around the 29-minute mark, KT Rolster picked off Jeon 'Siwoo' Si-woo's Ambessa in a side lane and secured the Baron. After catching Aurora and Yunara as they attempted to defend, KT Rolster pushed into the enemy base and destroyed the Nexus towers. Although they suffered a heavy loss in a teamfight right in front of the Nexus, it did not alter the overall outcome. Ultimately, KT Rolster scored an Ace in the final teamfight in the mid lane and destroyed the Nexus in game 3.
