Gameplay footage allegedly from EA subsidiary Motive Studio's in-development Marvel's Iron Man game has leaked online. The roughly 2-minute-and-30-second clip features high-speed flight, aerial and ground combat, and sequences that appear to depict suit customization. However, as of August 29, neither EA nor Motive Studio has officially verified the authenticity of the video.

According to foreign media reports on August 28, the video spread across social media and online communities, including Reddit. The footage opens with a scene of Tony Stark donning the Iron Man suit. It then shows him flying over cityscapes and outdoor battlefields, transitioning from aerial combat to ground-based action.

During combat scenes, Iron Man lifts enemies and slams them into walls and the ground. Weapons appearing in the clip include lasers, a chest beam, rockets, and what appear to be explosive devices. However, it remains unconfirmed whether the abilities shown represent actual in-game weapon mechanics or scripted sequences for presentation.

In a room resembling a suit vault, Tony Stark operates a control panel, after which the structure of his equipped suit changes. Some foreign media outlets interpreted this as gear customization or a progression system. From the video alone, it is difficult to determine whether this is a system for selecting different suits or adjusting individual components and stats.

A structure resembling a S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier was also spotted. While reports noted that characters resembling Pepper Potts and James Rhodes appear in the clip, neither EA nor Marvel Games has officially announced the character roster.

Unfinished environments and placeholder assets remain visible throughout the video. The release window section at the end is left blank, and names like Hulk and Ultron appear in the credits area as what seem to be placeholder text. The phrase "Aug26 test" is displayed on screen, but it is unconfirmed whether this indicates the exact creation date or a specific development build. This is why it is difficult to determine the game's current development stage or an official reveal timeline based solely on the leaked footage.

EA announced in September 2022 that Motive Studio and Marvel Games were collaborating on an Iron Man game. According to the official announcement, the title is a single-player, third-person action-adventure featuring an original story centered on Tony Stark. Motive Studio adopted Unreal Engine 5 in 2023 and announced in 2024 that it had achieved a major internal development milestone.

Currently, Motive Studio's official website also lists the "Iron Man Project" as a title in development. Although EA announced plans to bring its Marvel collaboration games to PC and consoles, it has not disclosed specific console platforms or a release date for Marvel's Iron Man.
