Assemble Entertainment announced on the 27th that solo developer Mateo Covic's new title, 'CAAAHR!', will launch on PC via Steam on November 2.
'CAAAHR!' is a voice-controlled co-op racing game where two players share control of a single car. One player manages acceleration using the volume of their voice, while the other steers the vehicle on treacherous tracks and controls jumps and boosts.
The game supports both online and local co-op, as well as single-player mode. Set across a massive, handcrafted level filled with obstacles and checkpoints, it features online leaderboards, an in-game timer, shortcuts, skins, achievements, and rebindable controls.
Mateo Covic stated that following his previous game, 'Paddle Paddle Paddle', he wanted to create a co-op title that is easy to pick up yet quickly descends into chaos. "The idea of using your voice as an accelerator pedal was too absurd not to try," he said. "I hope people enjoy it, and I hope my neighbors forgive me."
'CAAAHR!' will also be part of Assemble Entertainment's lineup at gamescom 2026. The on-site playable demo booth will be located at Home of Indies in the Hall 10.2 Indie Area.
