Shift Up announced that the Nintendo Switch 2 version of its game 'Stellar Blade' will have its world-first public playable demo at the Sega/Atlus booth during Tokyo Game Show 2026, held at Makuhari Messe from September 17 to 21.
At the event, attendees can experience 'Stellar Blade Complete Edition' on Nintendo Switch 2 hands-on ahead of its scheduled release in the second half of 2026. Kim Hyung-tae, executive director of 'Stellar Blade', will make a special stage appearance at the Sega/Atlus booth on September 20. For fans unable to attend in person, the session will also be live-streamed on Sega Japan's official YouTube channel.
The PC version of 'Stellar Blade' surpassed 1 million copies sold within three days of launch. Shift Up previously revealed the Nintendo Switch 2 version in June during Nintendo Direct 2026.
A Shift Up representative stated, "We look forward to meeting many players during the event and hope to connect with as many people as possible both on site and through the online live stream on September 20."
