BNK FearX defeated Nongshim RedForce 3-1 in the '2026 LoL Champions Korea (LCK)' Play-In match held on the 27th at Chzzk LoL Park in Jongno. Today's Player of the Match (POM) was Lee "VicLa" Dae-kwang. While VicLa delivered strong performances in every game BNK FearX won, his most impressive was on Ahri in Game 2, where he dominated the match with a 15/1/8 KDA.

After the match, VicLa said, "I wanted to win so desperately, so I'm really happy we won, and I feel like I can keep performing well in the next match. Also, this is my first POM, and I had no idea it was this hard to get. I'm so glad to receive it in such an important match." When asked what the team discussed after losing Game 1, he added, "We felt we played the laning phase much better in Game 1 as well, but our setup wasn't quite right, so we talked about that."

His Charms on Ahri in Game 2 were incredible. Commenting on this, he said, "While playing, I felt like I became invincible," adding, "The opponents had no choice but to target me, and I felt that if I played aggressively, good results would follow." When asked about the Olaf jungle pick in Game 3, he explained the reasoning behind the choice: "There was talk that Olaf wasn't bad in the jungle either, so we prepared it."

BNK FearX is scheduled to face Hanjin BRION tomorrow. When asked where the key battleground would be for tomorrow's match, VicLa noted, "The mid-jungle matchup will be the key battleground," concluding the interview with strong determination: "I'm always extremely confident. I'll send Hanjin BRION home tomorrow as well."
