The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is coming to Diablo IV.

On Wednesday, August 26, CD Projekt Red and Blizzard announced a collaboration between Diablo IV and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt at Gamescom 2026. Launching on September 29, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Remastered (hereafter Witcher 3 Remastered) will arrive on Blizzard's gaming platform, Battle.net.

To commemorate the launch of Witcher 3 Remastered on Battle.net, players who pre-order or purchase the expansion after its release will receive a Geralt-themed skin for use in Diablo IV.

Witcher 3 Remastered includes the previously released expansions Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine. Alongside enhanced graphics and combat, various improvements have been made, including upgraded movement and traversal, new Witcher Sign effects, revamped mount handling, and updated monster behavior. The skill tree has also been overhauled, and a host of new quality-of-life features, such as transmogrification for altering equipment appearance, will be added.

Alongside the collaboration announcement, details were also revealed regarding the new expansion, Songs of the Past, slated for release in 2027. Set in the brand-new region of Letten, this expansion will pit players against never-before-seen enemies.

More details about the collaboration between the two franchises will be revealed at BlizzCon on Saturday, September 13, and Witcher 3 Remastered is currently available for pre-order on Battle.net.
