Digital Touch (CEO Sung-heon Jung) announced that pre-orders for the Korean physical packaged edition of KOEI TECMO GAMES' latest historical simulation game, Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIV with Power Up Kit Complete Edition, will begin on August 27.

Rated for all ages, this title is the 14th entry in the historical strategy Romance of the Three Kingdoms series, characterized by representing the vast continent as a collection of detailed land tiles. Players can experience managing supply lines and engaging in intuitive map-coloring territory conquest based on a simultaneous execution phase—where friendly and enemy forces act at the same time—and a single-map ruler play system. The game features over 1,000 officers possessing more than 150 unique traits, along with a wide variety of scenarios and events spanning historical moments from the Yellow Turban Rebellion to Zhuge Liang's Northern Expeditions, delivering the true depth of grand strategy aimed at unifying the realm.

A variety of pre-order bonuses have been prepared for boxed physical edition purchases across platforms. Pre-order customers of the PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch physical editions will receive a special mousepad exclusive to the Korean release. Pre-order customers of the Windows physical edition will receive a download serial code for the scenario 'Cao Cao's Miscalculation', which depicts the rapidly shifting warlord landscape of June 196, including Ma Teng's raid on Chang'an and Yuan Shu's seizure of Xuchang.

As a universal early-purchase bonus across all platforms, a download serial code for the scenario 'Bold Ambition'—which portrays the aftermath of the victory at Guandu in August 202 and Sun Ce's ambition to advance into the Central Plains—will be included in initial production copies of the physical package. Furthermore, the single-player Windows physical version requires Steam integration, and exclusively in Korea, a special merchandise set consisting of a mousepad, credit card sticker, and leather-feel coaster will be bundled alongside the serial code. The official release date for the title is September 10, 2026.
