Krafton (CEO CH Kim) announced that Piccolo Studio's new title 'Age Twisters' has been nominated for the 'Most Wholesome' category at the Gamescom Award 2026.
The Gamescom Award is an award ceremony where Gamescom, the world's largest gaming show, selects outstanding games and content among the entries. The 'Most Wholesome' category targets titles that offer warm and positive experiences to players. Nominees are selected by a professional jury panel, and the final winners are determined by combining jury evaluations and Gamescom community votes. The winners will be announced on the 28th at the Gamescom Award Show.
Age Twisters is a two-player co-op adventure game where a grandfather and granddaughter embark on a journey following traces left by their daughter and mother. The core element of fun lies in two players each taking control of one character and working together to progress through the game.
The key element of the game is an age-shifting system that utilizes a mysterious bracelet called the 'Age Twister'. Players can shift the ages of the two characters across life stages from childhood to old age, combining each age group's unique abilities to solve puzzles or face enemies.
Visitors attending Gamescom can experience Age Twisters hands-on for the first time at the Krafton booth. Krafton is showcasing a total of five new titles at Gamescom this year, including Age Twisters alongside ▲ an unannounced PUBG Studios title ▲ 'NO LAW' ▲ 'Project ZETA' ▲ 'TARAE: The Unbound'.
Further details can be found on Krafton's official Gamescom 2026 website.
