In the 2026 LoL Champions Korea (LCK) Regular Season Round 4 Legend Group match held at the Chzzk LoL Park in Jongno on the 20th, T1 defeated kt Rolster 2-1, keeping their hopes for second place alive. On the other hand, kt Rolster was locked into fifth place and confirmed to head to the Play-In.

kt Rolster took game 1. The two teams had contrasting win conditions as kt Rolster focused on topside while T1 leaned toward botside. However, 'Peyz' Kim Su-hwan's Yunara alone could not withstand the dive from Olaf and Nocturne alongside a well-farmed Ryze played by 'Bdd' Gwak Bo-seong. Conversely, kt Rolster benefited from 'PerfecT' Lee Seung-min's Olaf holding his ground well despite being counter-picked, enabling Ryze's growth.

T1 struck back in game 2. kt Rolster got off to a good start by picking up two kills in an early skirmish, but the momentum shifted when they accepted a dragon teamfight at a numerical disadvantage and suffered a devastating loss. T1 landed consecutive blows through side lane picks and bold mid-lane dives. In response, kt Rolster tried to set up a comeback foundation by baiting T1 to Baron and securing kills.

However, T1 weathered the crisis thanks to solid defensive plays from 'Doran' Choi Hyeon-joon's Vayne and Taliyah, then scored a major victory in a mid teamfight despite losing Vi first, securing Baron as the reward. Later, in the Ocean Soul teamfight, 'Keria' Ryu Min-seok's Alistar secured the soul with Smite, while Taliyah and Rumble survived to the end to score an Ace. With that, T1 won game 2 to level the series.

In game 3, the paths of the two junglers diverged. 'Cuzz' Mun U-chan's Pantheon focused on top, while 'Oner''s Skarner heavily targeted bot to empower their respective lanes. Responding to the support, 'PerfecT''s Renekton picked up a solo kill, while T1's bot lane generated a duo kill. Afterwards, both teams traded kills back and forth in a tight contest.

The decisive moment came at the third dragon. Holding macro control, T1 struck the dragon first and secured their third stack. kt Rolster attempted to initiate a fight late, but ended up suffering a crushing defeat and forfeiting Baron as well. Even in a teamfight where 'Doran''s Gwen was caught first, T1 swept up kills led by 'Peyz''s Caitlyn, pushing into the enemy base to destroy the Nexus.
