On the 20th, Nongshim RedForce secured a 2-0 victory against Kiwoom DRX in Round 4 of the 2026 LoL Champions Korea (LCK) at the Jonggak Chzzk LoL Park, advancing to the Play-Ins with a 9-16 record. Meanwhile, Kiwoom DRX's elimination from Play-In contention was confirmed with today's defeat.

In Game 1, Nongshim kicked off with a clean three-man dive to eliminate Andil's Lulu. Although KRX answered with a kill from Ucal's Annie, Nongshim took the lead as Kingen put on a strong performance on Kled in the top lane. Nongshim consistently maintained control and stacked dragons, with Kled continuing to overwhelm Olaf in the side lanes.

KRX handed Kled his first death using Annie, but Nongshim secured another dragon to reach three stacks. After picking off Yunara and Olaf, Nongshim successfully secured Baron, rolling the snowball further to claim the Dragon Soul as well. Despite being under heavy pressure, KRX bought time by taking down Kled, Lucian, and Naafiri. However, Nongshim claimed a decisive victory in the final teamfight, destroying KRX's Nexus to take Game 1.

In Game 2, KRX secured first blood by catching Diable's Ezreal in the bottom lane. Shortly after, Nongshim answered by taking down Andil's Shen, with Ezreal picking up the kill. KRX made good gains stacking dragons behind strong play from Aiming's Jhin, but Nongshim won a mid-lane teamfight and utilized Rift Herald to destroy the outer bottom turret.

Then, in a dragon teamfight, Scout's Galio sealed the battle with a fantastic taunt, leading to a fight victory and a Baron capture. Winning a subsequent fight around Baron, Nongshim expanded their gold lead to 7,000 to solidify their hold on the game. Nongshim maintained relentless pressure to destroy three inhibitors before comfortably destroying KRX's Nexus to seal the match.
