Neptune CEO Kang Yul-bin will deliver a presentation at the afaqs! Media Quest Summit 2026 conference, which kicks off in Mumbai, India, on August 21. Hosted by afaqs!, an Indian media outlet specializing in advertising, marketing, and media, the event marks its second year and serves as a professional networking gathering for C-level decision-makers in the local media and advertising industries. On stage, Kang will explain why gamers are an attractive marketing target for brands and share marketing insights based on the characteristics of the gaming ecosystem, such as high engagement and long playtimes across media, esports, and communities.
Alongside this, he will reveal the vision and strategic direction of KRAFTON Ad Platform India (KADP India), Neptune's newly launched local subsidiary in India. He will outline an adtech business that effectively connects brands with a massive local user base, while also announcing plans to introduce advertising within Battlegrounds Mobile India. Following the conclusion of the conference, he will also participate as an award presenter at the prestigious ADEL Awards, an advertising and marketing ceremony.
Neptune CEO Kang Yul-bin said, "As Neptune's Indian subsidiary KADP India makes its full-fledged entry into the Indian advertising and marketing market, this conference is a meaningful opportunity beyond a presentation to interact with key local industry players and signal KADP India's market launch." He added, "In particular, by participating in the ADEL Awards as a presenter, we aim to actively build relationships with the Indian marketing industry, while demonstrating our commitment to growing games into a major media channel and positioning KADP India as a key player in India's digital advertising market."
