With the Forgotten Island update and server transfers on the horizon, the 5th Castle Siege—the last under the current landscape—saw a general decline in combat intensity across most servers. However, Sayha, Christer, and Isilote defied expectations and delivered intense action.
Sayha was particularly gripping. Following last week’s split in the 'Line' faction, this week saw further shifts as former clans rejoined alliances or formed a third power. This created a rare 1:1:1 three-way battle, breaking the standard 1:1 dynamic seen on most other servers.
Christer remained quiet for the first few dozen minutes of the siege. Just as it seemed the persistent Star Alliance had finally given up, they launched a massive, long-awaited offensive at the 30-minute mark, ultimately succeeding in capturing Orc Fortress. The Isilote server was relatively quiet but saw persistent skirmishes; while the Suho Alliance failed to capture a castle, they kept the pressure on the Age alliance by darting between Windwood and Kent.
Lineage Classic’s First Three-Way Battle: Sayha
To understand this week’s events on Sayha, one must look at the landscape. Originally, it was a 1:1 standoff between the 'Line' (Winner, Reaper, Legend, Top, etc.) and the dissidents (Hangil, Goldmoon, etc.). Last week, internal friction caused Winner and Reaper to leave the Winner Alliance, leaving only Legend and Top, which resulted in them losing their castles.
This week, however, the power balance shifted significantly. Winner returned to the fold, reforming the Winner Alliance with Legend and Top, while the Hangil Alliance bolstered its ranks by recruiting the Ho clan. Meanwhile, the Reaper Alliance, having left the Winner side, participated in the siege as a third party.
While almost every other server has been locked in a 1:1 stalemate since the launch of the Siege War, Sayha hosted what was effectively the first true three-way battle. With three factions entangled, chaos ensued as B attacked a gate held by A, only to be struck from the rear by C.
Early on, ownership of Kent and Windwood changed hands rapidly. Once the Hangil Alliance successfully secured and fortified Kent, the action shifted to Wind Castle. Wind Castle remained a hotbed of conflict until the very end, with the defending Winner, the Reaper alliance attacking the main gate, and Hangil attacking the east gate all clashing. Eventually, the gates were left open, and the battle focused entirely on the Guardian Tower.
In the final moments, the Hangil Alliance, confident in their defense of Kent, concentrated their forces for an all-out assault on Wind Castle. Despite the Winner Alliance’s sturdy defense, Hangil’s breakthrough succeeded; Wind Castle fell with about two minutes remaining, ending the siege with a change in ownership.
Meanwhile, news arrived from the Orc Fortress, which had been outside the main theater of war. The Reaper clan, acting independently as a third party, captured the fortress. It was noted that they had used a 'sniping' Master to capture Kent Castle last week, earning them a reputation for playing the siege game cleverly despite being unaffiliated.

We (Star) Are Still Here! - Christer
At 8:00 PM sharp, Christer was quiet. The Star Alliance, usually the most active of the dissident factions, was nowhere to be seen. Had they finally given up after failing to hold a castle despite their combat prowess, and were they now eyeing server transfers?
The silence lasted only 35 minutes. As if to prove their silence was merely to build momentum, the Star Alliance launched a massive offensive on both main castles. The assault began at Kent, moved to the south gate of Windwood, and then back to the east gate of Kent, whipping up a storm of blood.
Throughout this, the Star Alliance kept probing the Orc Fortress, looking for weaknesses in the SeopSeop Alliance. With no further gains at Kent or Windwood, the final battle, as in previous sieges, came down to the Orc Fortress.
But the momentum today was different. The ownership of Orc Fortress changed more rapidly than in any previous siege. At the 55-minute mark, the SeopSeop Alliance successfully 'Bound' the fortress and seemed to have secured victory, but the Star Alliance broke through the defense and successfully re-bound it at the 59-minute mark.
The SeopSeop Alliance desperately rushed toward the Guardian Tower, but there was too little time left. The Star Alliance successfully defended the tower until the end, finally entering Orc Fortress in the 5th round and washing away their past regrets.

Who is the 'Barcode' at Orc Fortress? - Isilote
On Isilote, while combat began at the main castles, the real stage was the Orc Fortress. Early in the siege, the Suho Alliance attempted multi-pronged attacks on Kent and the gates of Windwood, but these moves seemed more intended to disperse enemy forces than to actually breach the castles.
The main engagement centered on the Orc Fortress. For dozens of minutes, massive crowds filled the fortress, only to be teleported out as ownership changed, creating a fast-paced flow. Ownership shifted from the Suho Alliance to Medical, then to Ghost Siege, and back to Suho, making the outcome impossible to predict.
Just before the siege ended, a final 'Bound' action teleported everyone inside the fortress. With the identity of the captor unknown, both alliances rushed toward the fortress, but time ran out, and the siege concluded.
To everyone's surprise, the owner of Orc Fortress was neither Age nor Suho, but an unknown 'Barcode' clan. The clan, named in an 'III...' format, could not be identified even after the siege. Given the nature of Orc Fortress, which is easy to 'snipe,' there is speculation that a third party—not belonging to either alliance—may have snatched it.
