Pearl Abyss announced an update for 'Crimson Desert' that allows the characters Wung-ka and Demian to enter the Abyss, while also expanding options for new costumes and dyeable equipment.

With this update, Wung-ka and Demian can now enter the Abyss alongside the protagonist, Kliff. This change broadens the range of choices for players and enhances the fun of exploring the open world with different characters. A total of 47 new pieces of equipment have been added for Kliff, Wung-ka, and Demian, including boss equipment. Additionally, Demian and Wung-ka have been updated to equip items related to the Cuckoo bird. These new additions are designed to deepen the sense of character progression and the enjoyment of collecting gear.

Various quality-of-life improvements have been implemented, such as enabling the dyeing of certain ghillie suits and weapons that were previously restricted.

Furthermore, the update includes various enhancements to the gameplay experience, such as modifying the mini-map border to display only the currently tracked request.
