Hanjin Brion was eliminated after a 0-3 defeat against Dplus KIA in the first round of the '2026 LoL Champions Korea (LCK) Road to MSI' held at LoL PARK in Jonggak on the 6th. Although Hanjin Brion showed improved performance midway through the second round of the LCK, they faltered again toward the end and suffered a helpless defeat to DK today.
The following is the full transcript of the post-match interview with Hanjin Brion head coach Kim Sang-soo and player 'Gideon' Kim Min-sung.

Q. You were eliminated after a 0-3 loss. What is your overall assessment of today's match?
Head Coach Kim Sang-soo = It is very disappointing to lose, and overall, we needed a better plan for victory. I believe our preparation was insufficient. We will regroup and return well-prepared for the next round.
'Gideon': It is disappointing to lose 3-0. However, I don't think they are an unbeatable team for us, so I will prepare well and return for the third round.
Q. The team collapsed quite easily, didn't it?
Head Coach Kim Sang-soo = We were swayed too much by the opponent's macro play, which led to mistakes.
Q. There is a lot of time left until the third round. What areas do you plan to improve before returning?
Head Coach Kim Sang-soo = We will prepare our own winning cards, focusing on late-game resilience and team game execution.
Q. The Road to MSI had a longer preparation period than the regular season. What strategies had you prepared?
Head Coach Kim Sang-soo = DK is solid and excels at using bait-and-switch compositions. We prepared to ensure we wouldn't be outmatched in skirmishes or range, but it didn't go as planned.
Q. Any final words?
Head Coach Kim Sang-soo = I am sorry to the fans for such a hollow defeat. We will thoroughly analyze today's loss and show a better performance in the third round.
'Gideon': We prepared hard, so it is disappointing to lose in such a hollow fashion. I will prepare well and do my best starting from the third round.
