Dreamotion (CEO Lee Jun-young), a creative studio under KRAFTON (CEO Kim Chang-han), has launched the console version of its healing adventure game 'My Little Puppy' globally.
The PlayStation 5 (PS5) digital version is now available, and the Nintendo Switch version is scheduled to open at 3:00 PM. The physical package version will be released on June 25.
My Little Puppy is a story-driven single-player adventure game inspired by the belief that when a person passes away, their dog will be waiting to greet them. Players take on the role of 'Bong-gu,' a Welsh Corgi living in the dog heaven beyond the Rainbow Bridge, and join him on a journey to welcome his owner, who has just begun their path to the afterlife.
Players explore various regions of the afterlife, including deserts, snowy mountains, and beaches, meeting people and dogs with their own stories and helping one another. The game features interactions based on real canine behaviors—such as sniffing, barking, and jumping—alongside diverse gameplay that spans genres including adventure, action, and racing.
The console version includes special items to customize the protagonist Bong-gu's appearance, such as a dinosaur costume, scarves, glasses, and bags.
The previously released PC version received critical acclaim from global users, earning an 'Overwhelmingly Positive' rating on Steam. It notably gained traction after prominent international influencers voluntarily shared gameplay and streaming content.
Dreamotion CEO Lee Jun-young stated, "We are delighted to reach more users through the console version, and we hope the story we share provides warmth, comfort, and inspiration."
