Smilegate Hope Studio (Chair Kwon Hyuk-bin) announced on the 7th that it has partnered with the live streaming platform SOOP to host the '2026 SOOP Streamer Flea Market' to support the livelihoods of children and adolescents from vulnerable backgrounds, including those in grandparent-headed and single-parent households.
The event will take place on Saturday, the 16th, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the central plaza of Understand Avenue in Seoul Forest. SOOP streamers such as Gwajupseyeon, BJ K, and Kubin will operate booths selling their personal items, while creators like Heeyakong, Jung Dabyul-i, and BJ Geumgangyeonhwa will host talent-donation booths offering services such as hair styling, caricatures, and tarot readings.
Hope Studio will set up a special donation booth on-site and run various programs, including a 'Stamp Mission Challenge' and a 'Hope Roulette Game.' Visitors can receive various event prizes, including reusable tumblers featuring the 'Chaos Zero Nightmare' game IP, as well as keyrings and paper hats created through a talent donation by emoticon artist 'Ttorikong.'
In addition, a donation campaign titled 'SOOP Streamer Treasures for Hope!' will be held on the Hope Studio platform from the 7th to the 12th of next month via 'FUNding.' FUNding is the collective term for donation campaigns run by Hope Studio, reflecting the idea that anyone can participate in giving in a fun way. All proceeds will be donated to the non-profit organization Good People to cover housing, medical, and educational expenses for children and adolescents facing financial hardship.
Kwon Yeon-ju, Director of Hope Studio, expressed her hope that this flea market would provide practical, tailored support to children and adolescents in vulnerable environments. She also stated that the organization would continue to strengthen its role as a platform for spreading a culture of giving through ongoing CSR collaborations with various partners.
Hope Studio has been working with various 'Hope Partners,' including game companies and IP holders, to leverage its gamification-based platform to bring hope to future generations and promote a joyful culture of philanthropy.
