A new contest is replacing the art competition held in previous years: the '2026 Avatar Contest.' In this event, adventurers vote directly in-game for their preferred avatar designs based on mock-up images provided by the developers. The contest runs for one week, from Wednesday, May 6, to Wednesday, May 13. Participants will choose one of two options in each match, with a total of 12 avatar examples presented across Matches A through C.

The judging follows a 1v1 format, followed by a separate final vote from Wednesday, May 20, to Wednesday, May 27. The winning designs will be announced in a separate notice once the voting concludes. You can participate by clicking the 'Avatar Contest' icon in-game to access the voting page. Please note that only characters with a minimum item level of 1,680 are eligible to vote.

To participate, adventurers must select the designs they wish to advance to the finals through three 1v1 matches and submit a star rating and feedback for each entry. The format for the final vote, which begins on May 20, has not yet been revealed.

The proposed avatars feature a variety of concepts, including a red fox-themed male Anitz avatar, see-through armor with a swimsuit style, a 'gyaru'-style school uniform look, and a jersey-style maid outfit, among other unique designs not previously seen in the game.
