The Netmarble Group labor union announced on the 20th that it has concluded 2026 wage negotiations for six of its subsidiaries and completed all signing ceremonies.

The six subsidiaries that finalized their wage agreements are Netmarble N2, Netmarble Nexus, Netmarble Neo, Netmarble Monster, Netmarble F&C, and JamPot. Each entity agreed on either a fixed-amount or percentage-based raise for employees with a 'B' performance rating, with signing ceremonies held sequentially from the 17th of last month to the 2nd of this month.
Netmarble Nexus held its signing ceremony on the 17th of last month, agreeing to a ₩3 million increase in base salary. CEO Bae Kyung-tae stated, "This agreement is highly significant as it was reached after sufficient dialogue, with both labor and management respecting each other's positions. We will continue to strive for sustainable growth and a stable organizational environment."
Netmarble N2 concluded negotiations on the 19th of last month with a ₩2.8 million base salary increase. Song Jun-ho, head of HR, said, "I hope this agreement serves as a starting point that captures both the company's growth and the stability of our members."
Labor and management at Netmarble F&C signed an agreement on the 31st of last month for a ₩2 million base salary increase. CEO Seo Woo-won noted, "Although the company is currently operating at a loss, I hope we can achieve a surplus this year and deliver strong results."
Netmarble Neo and Netmarble Monster agreed to a 3.5% base salary increase on the 17th and 24th of last month, respectively. Notably, Netmarble Neo agreed to guarantee a minimum increase amount based on company criteria for 2026. Kim Hye-ran, director of management support at Netmarble Neo, emphasized, "We are preparing various initiatives for greater success this year and will work to ensure that these achievements lead to reasonable compensation for our members."
Netmarble Monster CEO Kim Geon said, "I want to continue sharing the company's situation as transparently as possible and engage in sufficient discussion during key decision-making processes to reach results that everyone can understand."
JamPot signed an agreement on the 2nd featuring a 3% base salary increase with a minimum raise of ₩1.5 million. CEO Ko Se-wook stated, "We have been through difficult times over the past two years, but I want to overcome the current crisis together and build a better company by communicating more frequently and honestly."
The labor union also emphasized the importance of building trust and consensus through the signing ceremonies at each subsidiary. Union representatives collectively stated, "It is highly meaningful that labor and management were able to build consensus and find common ground despite differences in position. We hope that these negotiations will not be a one-time procedure, but rather a process where labor and management work together to solve problems."
