LZ Cuzz: "I am the 2nd best jungler. And I will not reveal the 1st until I can better him."

Cuzz brings truth to light on the recent rumors of Khan crying, while Khan shares his opinions on the toplaners of LCK.

July 1st(KST), on top the stage of OGN, Longzhu has overcome their enemies, Afreeca Freecs, with a convincingly one-sided reverse sweep. With this win, they successfully switched positions with KT on the LCK leaderboards, placing Longzhu 3rd. Although the team's performance during the first set seemed shaky, Cuzz and BDD played extraordinarily well and placed the team in the path to victory in the 2nd and 3rd set. To award them for their performances, Cuzz and BDD were titled MVP.

As the two players who were friends since middle school walked up onto the interview stage, Cuzz seemed oddly relieved. "I was scheduled for a vacation following this series, so I am glad I won. I can rest in peace." The casters then commented on the great synergy between the two players as they worked side by side to lead the team to victory. "We actually spend a lot of time together outside of the game as well. We eat together, and we sleep on the same floor. We share something special" As Cuzz explained the reasons for their amazing synergy, BDD looked rather disturbed.

On the 1st set, Longzhu's toplaner, Khan, was popping off in the early game. But despite the huge lead, the game was lost. Cuzz commented, "If I took Elise instead of Leesin, the game could've gone a lot better." The casters then asked a question to BDD regarding his Galio pick in the 2nd set. "I knew once I locked in Galio, I would win." Cuzz also acknowledged his midlaner by stating that he has the best Galio in the world. BDD blushed as he was complimented by his long-time friend. BDD was then asked on how he improved his performance so fast. "I received countless amounts of feedback from our coach and other veteran players. Therefore, I grew as a player. I also keep a relatively high KDA ratio by always staying near the tower when my team warns me of a possible gank."

Throughout the 2nd set, Cuzz played very aggressively with his Gragas pick. "I always calculate beforehand for every possible outcome before I go in." Then, as the highlight clips displayed the two players working together in cohesion, the casters were once again awed. They grew curious on how the shotcalling works between the two. To answer the question, BDD stated, "I just tell Cuzz to come and look for an opportunity. He then just does his thing, and we end up with a successful gank."

As for the 'Ban/Pick Phase' on the 3rd set, Longzhu gave up some important picks. "We decided to pick champions that we were confident in." Cuzz then continued in explaining his reasons for taking Elise. "I am very confident in the Elise vs Leesin matchup. If Elise manages to land her cocoon from fog of war against Leesin, she is guaranteed to win the fight." Khan is also known to use Jayce as a trump card despite the low pickrate. "Khan is very confident on Jayce. He always states that he will win with Jayce no matter who he is against. Therefore, the coaches allow Khan to do as he pleases."

There was also a rumor rising among the fans that Khan cried after Longzhu's last series. "Khan is actually a big crybaby. Although Khan excused himself from the embarrassment by stating that he was just picking his nose, he definitely cried."

As the interview neared its end, the casters asked Cuzz on who the current number 1 jungler is in the LCK. The question was asked because Cuzz previously mentioned that he is the 2nd best in an OGN video. (OGN videos are played during the breaks between sets.) "I am definitely the 2nd best. But I will not reveal who I think is the number 1. Once I place him 2nd by becoming the absolute best myself, I will tell you."

On a separate interview done today, Khan was asked for his opinions on the toplaners of LCK. "The toplaners in Korea are definitely something else. When I was playing in China, even when I was just watching from the bench, I had many moments when I knew I could easily beat a certain toplaner. However, in Korea, none of the toplaners make me think in that way." He also mentioned that he believes Smeb is currently the best in the role. "I can't find any flaws in his plays. Laning, teleporting, setting up ganks for his jungler, and finding the perfect opportunity to roam for a teamfight, he does it all flawlessly. Many players at least carry 1 weakness from among the things I mentioned, but Smeb does not."

BDD and Cuzz finalized the interview by thanking the fans for always cheering for them. "We showed poor performance during the first set. But thank you for not doubting us. It is raining right now, so please drive back home safely. Thank you!"
