After four years of competitive Overwatch, Noh "Gamsu" Yeong-jin is resuming his career as a professional League of Legends player. Gamsu has signed with 100 Thieves Next, the amateur team of 100 Thieves, marking the top laner's first LoL esports venture in North America since playing with Dignitas in the 2015 NA League of Legends Championship Series season.

In the summer of 2014, Gamsu was one of many substitutes for Samsung Blue in South Korea, but made his professional debut with DIG at Intel Extreme Masters Season IX: Cologne after Team Curse, who had been bought out by Team Liquid, declined its invitation to compete. Gamsu wasn't the only South Korean to debut for Dignitas professionally at the tournament — CoreJJ" Yong-In, who played AD carry at the time, also made his pro debut with Dignitas.

With Gamsu, DIG qualified for the 2015 NA LCS Summer Playoffs after a 9th place finish in spring, but was swiftly eliminated from the post-season by Team Impulse. In 2016, Gamsu emigrated from North America to play for Fnatic in the 2016 EU League of Legends Championship Series. Gamsu synergized well with Fnatic jungler Lee "Spirit" Da-yoon, but the team struggled to live up to the accomplishments of Fnatic rosters' past and missed the 2016 World Championship.

Gamsu then spent the next four seasons as a professional Overwatch player, slotting into the familiar tank role after a career of playing primarily tanks in the top lane of Summoner's Rift as a League of Legends pro.

After playing for Boston Uprising in the inaugural season of the Overwatch League, Gamsu played for Shanghai Dragons in 2019 and was part of its miraculous Stage 3 Playoffs championship, and later, finished his OWL career with Dallas Fuel in 2020.

Gamsu is one of two new members joining 100 Thieves Next alongside jungler Maximilian "Chad" Lisitsa, and while he has plenty of rust to shake off to return to his peak performance as a top laner, his experience at the top level of play in multiple regions should be a boon to 100X's developmental focus.
