'Lies of P' and 'Stellar Blade,' two hit titles that have elevated the status of Korean action games with impressive global performance, are coming to the Nintendo Switch 2.
First, NEOWIZ's Lies of P will launch on the Nintendo Switch 2 on August 6. The Switch 2 version will be released as a Complete Edition, including the base game and the DLC, 'The Story of Geppetto.' The game follows P, a puppet created by Geppetto, as he fights for survival in the Belle Époque-inspired city of Krat. It has been particularly well-received for its sophisticated action mechanics and parrying-based combat.
SHIFT UP has also announced that Stellar Blade is coming to the Nintendo Switch 2. While a specific release date has not been disclosed, it is expected to arrive sometime in 2026. Stellar Blade follows the story and battles of Eve, who fights on a ruined Earth. This announcement marks the realization of SHIFT UP's plans to expand beyond PS5 and PC platforms, and is seen as a move to actively broaden its IP reach following its transition to self-publishing.
Both Lies of P and Stellar Blade are currently in the midst of developing sequels. This Nintendo Switch 2 release is expected to serve as a bridge to expand the series to a wider fan base. Given that both titles were highly praised for their optimization—an area where many recent games have struggled—expectations are high for the quality of the port on the Nintendo Switch 2.
