Another year, another anniversary. Overwatch had its ups and downs throughout this year competitively. For casual players, the game is as good as its ever been. These changes are good for the longevity of the game and heading into the next installment of Overwatch. If you stuck with the game up to this point in time, the developers are going to reward you with new content in this year's Overwatch Anniversary event.
