Ukranian esports tournament organizer, WePlay!, hosted a series of Dota 2 tournaments in 2019 leading up to a larger one this February, Tug of War: Mad Moon.  The winners from four of WePlay!'s tournaments last year will join four invited teams to fight for some claim of the $300,000 prize pool

Like many esports events, the tournament will start with a group stage, splitting the eight teams into two groups of four. The top team in each group will advance to the semifinals automatically, while the second and third place team will advance to the quarters. The fourth place team in each group will be eliminated.

The groups are: Team Secret, B8, Gambit Esports, and Infamous in Group A, and Virtus.pro, Nigma, Aggressive Mode, and Ninjas in Pyjamas in Group B. The matches have already begun, you can find them here. Team Secret and Virtus.pro have claimed first seed in their respective groups. Infamous and Ninjas in Pyjamas have both been eliminated.

Playoffs will begin tomorrow and feature a standard double elimination bracket, with a grand finals uniting the winners' and losers' brackets. The winner of the grand finals will receive $130,000, and second place will take home $60,000, scaling down from there.
