HOW CAN WE HELP?
Is on-site registration available?
Yes! On-site registration is available at the badge pickup desk located in the Pacific Ballroom entry way. Signs from both entrances will lead to badge pick up area.
Those requesting media access to the event can fill out the following form. We will confirm ot deny media badges at least 4 weeks before the event.
Will there be time for Q&A during panels?
Some panels have allocated Q&A time while others are subject to the panelists availability and preference. A panel brochure provided at the event will notify whether or not a panel has a Q&A portion.
Where can I find help during the conference?
IGEC Staff will be throughout the entire venue wearing staff t-shirts. Ask them any questions at any time!
Where can I get food?
Lunch will be served to All-Access ticket holders. There are also multiple dining options upstairs above the conference.
Can I record the speeches and seminars at IGEC?
We kindly ask you to not record speeches, seminars or panels during IGEC 2019. Video recordings of the panels will be available to all ticket holders and sent out via email.
What is the IGEC After Party?
The IGEC After Party is a limited entry event available to conference speakers, panelists, their guests, and All-Access pass holders after the last panel concludes. At the after party, there will be dinner, an open bar, live jazz music, a PC LAN center (with multiplayer games, of course!), multiple PC product giveaways, our signature Flash Connect event, Photo booths and more!
What is the Flash Connect Event?
By far the most unique aspect of the after party is the opportunity for guests to get up on the main stage, grab a mic, and pitch whatever they want until a giant timer set to 60 seconds counts down. At the end of 60 seconds, time is up!
What is the IGEC Industry Lounge?
The IGEC Industry lounge is a space reserved for All-Access ticket holders, speakers and panelist throughout the entirety of the conference. Enjoy food, refreshments, charging stations, comfortable seating, and networking opportunities in between panels.
