T1 reclaimed second place after defeating Hanwha Life Esports' Brion in the second round of the 2026 LCK regular season, held at LoL PARK in Jongno on the 24th. Although they started the second set at a disadvantage, T1 capitalized on their opponent's sloppy macro play to lay the groundwork for a comeback, ultimately securing a 2-0 series victory.
The following is the full text of our one-on-one interview with 'Keria' Ryu Min-seok.

Q. You won today's match 2-0. How do you feel.
'Keria' = Managing our game score is crucial for the remaining matches, so I'm happy we won 2-0 today. The second set was a bit close, but I'm glad we pulled through.
Q. You had a shaky start in the second set after falling behind in the bot lane.
'Keria' = The Lucian-Milio combo is just too good these days. I picked Seraphine because she was the only option left, but honestly, I don't think it's that great, so I need to consider other counters. In-game, I made a mistake during a dive, which caused us to lose priority early and made the game difficult. I just tried to focus on farming and teamfights.
Q. When did you decide it was time to make your move? Stopping them from getting their third dragon stack seemed like a key moment.
'Keria' = Stopping that third dragon was almost a miracle. Also, there was a period where the opponent failed an investment in the top lane, allowing us to take both their top and mid tier-1 turrets. I felt the game became very winnable at that point, and I was confident in our teamfighting from then on.
Q. Securing second place provides advantages for the 'Road to MSI,' so the race for the top spots and game score management is intense. How do you plan to prepare for the remaining matches.
'Keria' = While game score management is important, I believe our form and performance matter more. I want to bring our performance to its peak and win every remaining set without dropping a single one. Also, since we have the EWC qualifier finals tomorrow, I will work hard to prepare for next week's schedule as well.
Q. You've been selected for the national team for the second consecutive Asian Games. I'd like to hear your thoughts on that.
'Keria' = Back in 2018, when I was an amateur, I felt very disappointed watching them win the silver medal, and I made a vow to stand in that spot one day and win gold. I was happy to achieve that goal at the last Asian Games, and I'm truly grateful to be selected again. If I went in with excitement the first time, this time I feel a sense of responsibility and a firm resolve to win the gold medal.
Q. Is there a difference in your mindset now compared to the last Asian Games?
'Keria' = Back then, I didn't have much composure as a pro, so I participated with the mindset of learning as much as I could. However, I believe I've developed significantly over the past three years, so I think I'll be able to enjoy the process and perform even better this time.
Q. It's also a hot topic that you'll be reuniting with 'Gumayusi' as the national team's bot duo.
'Keria' = Since we were reliable partners for a long time until just a few months ago, there will be absolutely no issues with our synergy. As the national team is such an important stage, my biggest goal is to reunite and show everyone a perfect performance.
Q. Conversely, this will be your first time playing with 'Canyon.' While the meta may shift, in the current meta, the synergy between the jungle and the bot duo is vital. What kind of synergy are you expecting.
'Keria' = I'm personally very excited because 'Canyon' has shown such incredible play. I believe that if either the jungler or the support takes the lead, the team's macro play can function well. Since we are both skilled players, I believe our synergy will be excellent. I'll work hard to get in sync with him.
Q. Lastly, please share a word on your determination for next week's matches and the gold medal.
'Keria' = We have three important matches next week, and I will prepare thoroughly to show our best. Also, as I've been selected for the national team, I will show my absolute best to ensure I never disappoint our fans. Thank you.
