Pearl Abyss please balance Valkyrie 
Valkyrie need movements effect change 

1. Shield Chase change effect from ( Forward Guard) - to (Super Armor) , but better to (Invincible) because skill is limited in cast with 3 times reuse and its main Valkyrie iframe.

2.Death line Chase major stamina cost from 150 to 200

3.Heaven's Echo change using MP to stamina 100

4.Promptness change stamina using to MP and change Stiffness and Floating effect to (work only in PVE) but add back Super Armor effect even when skill is on cooldown.

5.Celestial Spear give back Super Armor effect .

6.Sacrum Ferit - Critical Hit rate major from 20 , to (20% on lvl-I ,40 % lvl-II, 60 % lvl-III and 80 % lvl-IV ) but reduce buff time from 9 second to 5 second and skill goes on Cooldown only after second hit animation finish

7.Sanctitas de Enslar more naturally transition and more smoothly (make them animation instantly) to skills Shield Chase , Celestial Spear , Punishment after Valkyrie hit the ground.

    1. Changing Shield Chase to an iframe is exactly what they need to do. That solves our movement problem completely. It also bypasses the issue where we don't get the full distance from Shield Chase if struck while using it.

    2. Death line Chase still eats too much stamina, so no. Echo walk needs to stay gone. DLC needs to be good enough to not need Echo walk.

    3. Heavens Echo needs to be a passive. We don't need to manually aggro mobs. There is no reason to need to micro manage this buff, especially when all modern/recent classes have their buff skills auto applied via flows of existing skills or outright passives.

    4. Promptness needs its CC removed and SA back. No one used it for CC purposes to begin with. This is a transition tool between awake/pre and a resource generation skill.

    5. Celestial spear is the pre awake version of promptness. Both spear and promptness are the cornerstones of playing Valk effectively. Both need SA. They have us relying on spear so much, it needs to be our witch/wiz equivalent skill having both SA and CC. The expectation to have it be our crit buff, most reliable CC, and transition from awake to pre...while in the middle of blobs...getting spammed with CC...this requires SA.

    6. Sacrum Ferit is our basic RMB, melee/face to face/damage trade skill. This doesn't need to be a CC skill, give the protection back...otherwise its suicide in group PvP.

    7. Yes, We have several skills with animation delays that put us in bad situations. Enslar and WoL.
