According to a report by ESPN Esports' Jacob Wolf, Misfits Gaming has acquired two players from Vodafone Giants.Spain. The Spanish League of Legends champion will bid farewell to its Jungler,  Iván "Razork" Martín, and Support,  Petr "denyk" Haramach will be joining MSF for the 2020 season.

Misfits formed a superteam for the 2019 Season by building around young roster talents. Jungler Nubar "Maxlore" Sarafian and Bot Laner Steven "Hans Sama" Liv were joined by fellow domestic talents in Top Laner Paul "sOAZ" Boyer and Mid Laner Fabian "Febiven" Diepstraten, with South Korean Support Kang "GorillA" Beom-hyun rounding out the roster.

The MSF super team was expected by most to be a top LEC contender, but the team fell short of expectations by a massive margin. Misfits finished 8th in spring and 9th in summer, with the majority of the superteam roster completely fractured before the end of the summer split.

Hans Sama, the longest tenured player on Misfits, has reportedly been signed by Rogue before the 2020 LEC season. It looks as if Misfits' full rebuild and start by betting on the development of Spanish talent.
