ZOTAC reveals the world’s first mini-GTX 1080 and a backpack-like VR device

The 2017 Consumer Electronics Show was successfully held from Jan 5th to 8th in Las Vegas. ZOTAC set up a separate booth for the show and revealed their latest products, including new mini PCs, the mini-GTX 1080, and the VR GO.


The new mini PCs were equipped with Intel’s Kaby Lake processor and Thunderbolt 3. The world’s first mini-GTX 1080 is 3 inches smaller than the previous version, but shows the same level of performance with minimized noise.

ZOTAC also introduced a prototype of their external graphic card case, which has built-in electric power to enhance performance.

Last but not least, the VR GO is a backpack-shaped device made for VR experience.The VR GO shows powerful and effective performance with the GeForce GTX 1070 graphics card and Intel i7 processor and, most importantly, is portable.

 

 

 

Danny Wong, the director of the product management department of ZOTAC International, said during CES that “our goal is to create low-power/small PCs that successfully compete with other PCs in performance”, revealing that there will be more products like the external graphic card case coming from ZOTAC.
